Legal Associations Management (LAM) is a service and technology company dedicated to managing and servicing multiple professional associations. Skills:

• Intermediate knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript
• Proactive attitude towards addressing and resolving issues
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with data, including cleaning, scrubbing, and matching

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain WordPress websites, including updates and plugin troubleshooting
• Assist in front-end development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Support back-end development with server-side frameworks and integrating front-end components
• Collaborate with team members, clients, and stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Integrate products using APIs, REST, and platforms such as Retool, Zapier, Make.com, and custom development solutions
• Stay updated with technology trends, platform upgrades, and related developments
• Create technical guides and step-by-step instructions for staff
• Assist with Salesforce/Fonteva by developing reports, creating objects and fields, and managing records
• Basic understanding of database management and task, including managing, cleansing, scrubbing, and matching data
• Experience working with project management and support ticket platforms such as Zendesk and ClickUp

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in web development, specifically with WordPress
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
• Experience with API integrations and web development best practices
• Analytical, detailed, organized, and results-oriented
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced, dynamic, team-oriented environment
• Willingness to learn Salesforce within the first 60 days (training provided)

Preferred Experience & Qualifications:

• Experience with WordPress and Salesforce
• Degree in Information Technology, certifications in development, or related training is a plus

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
