Responsibilities
- Conduct daily monitoring of server systems, including review of system and application logs.
- Improve automation processes through the creation and enhancement of PowerShell scripts.
- Install and configure hardware, server operating systems, and supporting applications.
- Participate in maintaining servers in the active directory domain environment.
- Generate and maintain documentation of system configurations.
- Provide input for planning and managing IT product and service development.
- Stay updated with developments in new technologies and platforms.
- Plan, implement, and monitor the integration of new technologies into the server systems as needed.
- Assist in formulating IS policies, procedures, and performance management processes and measures.
- Install, administer, and troubleshoot the organization's security solutions.
- Update software with the latest security patches and ensure the proper defenses are present for each infrastructure resource.
- Assist in resolving, documenting, and flagging any issues related to audits.
- Proficiency in Cisco Technologies
- Experience with Citrix Technologies
- Knowledge of Cloud Technologies
- Understanding of Database Management
- Familiarity with Dell Technologies
- Proficiency in AB Testing
- Experience in Active Directory
- Knowledge in Backup Technologies
- Understanding of Cluster Analysis
- Familiarity with Computer Hardware
