AIRE Dental Group specializes in TMJ, TMD, Orthodontic, Implants, and Restorative Dentistry.
Currently we are looking to hire an additional Orthodontist Assistant (DA or RDA) to join our team. An Ideal candidate must have experience in Orthodontist Assisting as well as General Dental Assisting knowledge. We are looking for a true team player who is willing to learn and grow at the practice long term.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures
- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment
- Take and develop dental X-rays
- Perform dental charting and record medical documentation
- Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-operative care
- Assist with front desk duties such as scheduling appointments and managing patient records
- Maintain infection control protocols and ensure a clean and safe dental environment
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 year of experience as a Dental Assistant
- Proficiency in patient assessment and treatment planning
- Familiarity with dental software systems (Eagle Soft)
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology
- Experience in dental assisting, including chairside assisting and instrument handling
- Knowledge of infection control procedures and practices
- Ability to take accurate dental X-rays using digital radiography systems
- Familiarity with digital impressions (Training can be provided)
