We are seeking a highly qualified Benefits Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in benefits administration. Additionally, the candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in benefits administration, including knowledge of federal and state regulations, such as ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, ADA, Section 125, workers' compensation, Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security, and DOL requirements.
The successful candidate will also have hands-on experience in 401(k) retirement plan administration, HR Information Systems, and HCM software. The Benefits Specialist will be responsible for overseeing benefits plans, enrollment processes, vendor management, technical support, reporting, process improvement, customer service, and communication.
