BBLC is looking for a teacher to teach in our Toddler Room! Toddlers are 16 months to 33 months in age. You'll get to work with the greatest and brightest teachers and students! Come check us out and you'll see what we mean!

**Toddler Teacher**

**Job Type: Full-Time**

**Location: Duluth, MN

**Salary Range: $17 to $18 per hour**

**Job Overview:**

Building Blocks Learning Center is seeking a passionate and dedicated Toddler Teacher to join our team. The Toddler Teacher will be responsible for providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for toddlers aged 16 months to 33 months. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of young children and help them develop essential skills for their future.

**Responsibilities:**

Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to engage and educate toddlers
Create a safe and supportive learning environment for all children
Observe and assess children's development and progress
Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers about their child's day
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive and positive team environment

**Requirements:**

A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, CDA or Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
Previous experience working with toddlers in a childcare setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Must pass background check (Note: Building Blocks Learning Center does not inquire about criminal backgrounds during the hiring process)
