Organizational Relationship: Reports to Director of Payer Solutions

Classification: Non-Exempt / Full-Time
General SummaryThe Client Support Associate is responsible for providing world-class service and support to VYNE Payor and provider clients from initial implementation of new clients to first-level ongoing operational support, resulting in timely implementations and a high degree of client satisfaction for clients of Vyne.
Duties & ResponsibilitiesClient Implementations:
  • Develop and maintain detailed implementation documentation and materials.
  • Develop detailed plans for implementations based on requirements defined in executed agreements.
  • Coordinate cross functional resources during all phases of implementation.
  • Monitor all phases of implementations ensuring all requirements are met within defined time frames and budget requirements.
  • Maintain appropriate level of communication with internal and external implementation teams.
  • Perform risk assessments for all implementations. Monitor for and mitigate risks appropriately.
  • Maximize revenue opportunities through delivery of implementations in a timely manner.
  • Manage several standard implementations simultaneously and assist with more complex implementations.
Payor And Provider Client Support
  • Perform basic (i.e., Tier I), direct support functions related to payor and provider operations; escalate issues to Senior Client Support Associates, as necessary.
  • Demonstrate use and functionality of VYNE products and services.
  • Provide training and education on VYNE products and services to client staff.
  • Track and analyze payor transactions to identify patterns, trends and issues.
  • Research and resolve transaction delivery, quality and process issues.
  • Maintain accurate Payor documentation, requirements for all VYNE products
  • Track esMD transmissions
  • Verify contractor pickup of transmissions
  • Reach out to offices that are experiencing transmission errors
  • Reach out to contractors on behalf of providers experiencing transmission or delivery problems
  • Contribute to the accomplishment of Key Performance Indicators within the department.
Internal Client Support
  • Maintain working knowledge of and familiarity with VYNE products and services sufficient to perform duties.
  • Maintain working knowledge of payor and provider business processes sufficient to understand and service clients.
  • Provide assistance and education to internal staff.
Administrative
  • Serve as the escalation point through which all product issues must be reviewed and presented to the Development (Level III) resources.
  • Maintain and update information in the VYNE system(s) and Knowledge Base regarding contacts, support episodes and communications as appropriate.
  • Ensure that manuals and documentation for VYNE products and services are accurate.
  • Document all communications with accurate, complete notes, following documentation procedures.
  • Actively participate as a positive team player within the department and company.
  • Consistently demonstrate the core values of VYNE.

Education, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS or related file or minimum of three years related job experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of technical support experience.
  • Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
  • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
  • Ability to work with limited direction.
  • Problem solving and consultative skills required.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills and time management skills.
  • Developing presentation and meeting skills.
  • Proficient in Office/Google Suite products.
