Roles & ResponsibilitiesJunior level role to support the team in partnering with subject matter experts (SMEs) in the mission of creating and sharing authentic IT narratives and use case stories. Support a wide array of program activities to help
Responsibilities IncludeSupport Curation of Narratives: Take direction from Program Manager on creation of narratives that would be captivating to a range of IT decision makers, from the technical to executive level
Support Hosted Partner Events: Support Content Writer in execution and creation content and speaker logistics for monthly/quarterly webinars and regularly scheduled Partner Events to build a consistent audience and predicable forum
Contribute to creation of presentations, infographics, and videos per content schedule
Metrics: Provide weeky/monthy/quarterly/annual metrics to Program Manager to facilitate regular reporting cadence as required
Administration: Flexibly Support program administrative tasks as required from creating, publishing, delivery, developing of content
Social Support: Take direction from Program Manager and/or Content writer in daily / weekly content creation for social media engagement activities
