DPS Group TSO is Hiring a Project Planner/Scheduler Near Durham, NC

Summary
DPS Group is seeking talented Project Planners and Schedulers to support our major pharmaceutical client local to the Raleigh-Durham area. Successful candidates will have strong experience supporting EPCM and Project Controls groups with developing end to end schedules pertaining to Pharmaceutical Manufacturing and Life Science projects.
Responsibilities
  • Ensure PPM best practices are maintained on legacy Transform projects.
  • Provide schedule support for Business Integrators, Project Design Managers, and Project Managers during FEL1 & FEL2 by developing CRC level of detail schedules.
  • Develop End to End schedules during FEL2 & FEL3 in partnership with the EPCM and Project Controls group schedulers. (Focus on best practices as set out by the SSG).
  • Work with the Project Controls group schedulers to ensure there are adequate progress measures in place for all phases of the project.
  • Peer Review/Audit project schedules. Ensure the schedule adheres to 5.7.1 and reflects the scope of the project. Provide feedback on the deliverability of the project based on the schedule.
  • Provide “HyperCare” support globally to projects as required based on direction from GSEC leadership.
  • Help to implement standard work for schedule development and governance in the pre-OQ phases.

    Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or other related field preferred.
  • 4 years of Pharmaceutical Industry experience.
  • 4 years of Planning and Scheduling for Life Science projects.
  • Recent and strong experience using Primavera P6, Microsoft Projects, Procore, etc.
  • Ability to provide legal US work authorization documents required. Will consider US domestic travelers and relocation.
