In this role, you will: Support process design or improvement initiatives Utilize process expertise for multiple business groups and provide data Be responsible for completing integrated process analyses, identify procedural and control deficiencies, and recommend solutions Work on complex problems involving process segments to identify risks, impacts, and opportunities Consult with leaders to understand, adapt research, and create alternatives for consideration Effectively communicate relevant information to business partners and leadership Interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals Interact with internal customers Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Required Qualifications: 2 years of Process Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: BS/BA degree or equivalent industry experience Knowledge and understanding of Business Process Management Notation (BPMN) software such as iGrafx Knowledge and understanding of Statistical Analysis software such as Minitab Facilitation skills such as Helix Change Management skills such as Prosci/ADKAR Knowledge and understanding of Rapid Process Automation software such as Blue Prism Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy Strong professional verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage complex projects in a large enterprise environment Ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback/direction, and manage and build relationships with leaders and team members in a geographically dispersed team environment Strong collaboration and partnering skills Six Sigma Black Belt certification Knowledge and understanding of analytical methods used in: statistics or predictive modeling methods (regression modeling, clustering, pattern recognition, graphics) Knowledge and understanding of APQC’ s Process Classification Framework (PCF) iGrafx, ProVision or other enterprise process modeling experience Project management experience Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills Relational database experience Support others in the facilitation of decision-making and brokering agreements amongst diverse, differing, and/or conflicting perspectives/priorities Financial services industry experience Ability to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability Ability to gather business requirements and create technical solutions Ability to manage initiatives involving process improvements Knowledge and understanding of Agile Familiarity with Prosci’s ADKAR or other change management methodology Knowledge and understanding of financial controls and risk Experience conducting root cause analysis for data-driven process-related improvements Ability to present complex concepts to senior management Leadership skills including the ability to influence effectively in a matrix environment Proven record of being results-oriented Ability to transfer knowledge to teams and individuals Continuous Improvement: Six Sigma, Lean, and/or other process re-engineering methods/tools experience Exhibits performance excellence criteria such as leadership, strategy, customer focus, measurement/analysis and knowledge management, team member focus, operations, and results Job Expectations: WF Enterprise Process Engineering Advanced learning level or LEAN/Six Sigma Black Belt must be documented as completed within 1 year of job start date Ability to travel up to 10% of the time @RWF22 Posting End Date: *Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.
