We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join an internationally recognized Real Estate group. This role involves ensuring smooth daily operations of a real estate office, providing exceptional customer service, broker support, office presentation, and marketing assistance.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with real estate agents to develop and implement comprehensive marketing materials and email campaigns
• Schedule and organize personal marketing and advertising monthly to ensure consistent personal marketing
• Ensure robust communication channels within the team, execute media plans and proactively work with agents to keep the media plans running
• Assist brokers with the execution of listing agreements and contracts
• Assist brokers with preparing listing presentations and buyer books
• Coordinate the flow of the office including greeting visitors and answering phones, ordering and stocking supplies, maintaining office appearance, distributing mail, and maintaining petty cash

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2 years of administrative experience in the professional services sector
• Front desk/ administrative background preferred
• Ability to effectively collaborate with a variety of internal and external clients while fostering positive relationships.
