INFOSAGE SYSTEMS is Hiring a RN Oncology Near Evansville, IN
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Oncology team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality care to oncology patients and possess a strong background in nursing.
- Position - RN Oncology **
- Location - Evansville, IN * *
- Weeks - 13
- Hours - 48
- Shift - Night & Days(4x12hr)
- Gross Weekly - $2,826/wks **
- Stipend - $1,162/wks (included in gross) **
- W2 Pay - $32/hr **
- OT Pay - $48/hr

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to oncology patients
- Administer chemotherapy treatments and medications as prescribed
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, including vital signs and symptoms
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop individualized care plans
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, side effects, and self-care strategies
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
Skills:
- Experience in oncology nursing
- Proficiency in conducting patient assessments and administering treatments
- Knowledge of hospice palliative medicine
- Ability to work with pediatric oncology patients
- Competency in monitoring vital signs and responding to emergencies such as those seen in the ER or Level I Trauma Center
- Familiarity with memory care practices
- Skill in airway management and urgent care situations

Required:
- BLS and RN IN/Compact State License.
- 2 years of experience.
