Quality Supervisor
Earth City, MO 63045
Monday - Friday, 3PM to 11:30PM
Pay: $55K - $60K annually, based on experience
Duration: 6 month contract to direct hire
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3 years of experience in Quality Control.
- Previous experience as a QC Inspector.
- Willingness to assist with inspections; small team with only two direct reports.
- Experience in medical device or chemical inspection is preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise quality control inspectors during the assigned shift, managing personnel and enforcing policies.
- Ensure teams adhere to established protocols for addressing quality control issues promptly.
- Coordinate product inspection and disposition.
- Assign tasks to employees and manage schedules under the QA Manager's direction.
- Train new quality control department employees on proper testing procedures and safety practices.
- Oversee daily quality assurance activities during product manufacturing and inspection.
- Provide feedback on procedures and suggest improvements to management.
- Implement testing procedures as directed by the manager and in accordance with industry standards.
