Position Summary
The Occupational Therapist is a qualified professional who provides occupational therapy services to patients under the direction of the Director of Rehabilitation Services and the attending physician.
Education/Experience
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
- State of Indiana OT licensure or Therapist must be National Certified pending within 180
