**Job Overview:**
Park for U is seeking a dedicated and experienced Driver Valet Agent to join our team near LaGuardia Airport. Our ideal candidate is someone passionate about providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and safe parking experience for all our clients. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in managing the first and last impressions of our customers, handling their vehicles with care, and navigating the bustling environment near LaGuardia Airport with ease.
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their parking needs.
- Drive and park vehicles in designated areas or as directed, following all traffic laws.
- Ensure timely pick-up and delivery of vehicles to and from airport terminals.
- Conduct basic vehicle inspections before and after parking to note any damages.
- Assist customers with luggage as needed.
- Provide directions and information related to airport facilities and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including the parking lot and valet stations.
- Work closely with the team to manage parking inventory and space optimization.
- Handle keys and vehicles with utmost care and security.
**Requirements:**
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 1 year of driving experience, preferably in a valet or similar role.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
- Ability to drive a wide range of vehicles, including manual and automatic transmission.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and move around for extended periods, and to lift and handle luggage.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and shifts that may cover early mornings or late evenings.
