Job Summary: Join our team as a Carpenter/Laborer where your skills in carpentry and general labor will be valued. We are looking for a dedicated individual experienced in various carpentry tasks and construction site duties. Duties: - Execute carpentry tasks including metal stud framing, drywall installation, cabinet installation, plumbing work, stucco application, and masonry. - Read and interpret blueprints accurately to ensure precise construction work. - Perform tasks such as caulking, remodeling, and heavy lifting as required on construction sites. Skills: - Prior experience in construction sites, remodeling projects, and carpentry work. - Proficiency in metal stud framing, cabinet installation, and drywall techniques. - Ability to read and understand blueprints for accurate construction. - Knowledge of plumbing work, stucco application, and masonry is beneficial. - Familiarity with construction estimating procedures is a plus.
