- Maintenance Technicians are responsible for maintaining buildings in good condition by performing tasks such as upkeep, preventive maintenance, repair, landscaping, handling air conditioning, heating, pest control, plumbing, and carpentry.
- Ability to use common hand and power tools
- Ability to follow directions and work independently
- Ability to maintain proper schedules
- Be in good physical condition and comfortable working outdoors as well as indoors and at varying heights.
- Strong customer service skills
- Good communication skillsQualifications :
- Two years minimum working experience in the maintenance or carpentry field
- Own tools
- Verifiable work history that confirms your professional skills and experience
- Some Construction Associate assignments have additional screening requirements, such as background checks and / or drug screenings
- Valid CT Licensed
