B2K Development, LLC is seeking a Part Time Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in East Northport, NY. The Administrative Support Specialist will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the on-site new development sales team for 55 luxury condominiums. The Administrative Support Specialist will report to the Director, Residential Sales.

Essential Functions:

  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to create and maintain documents, presentations, and spreadsheets.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, phone, or in-person, providing information, pricing and assistance as needed.
  • Demonstrate interest and familiarity of the Long Island real estate landscape.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve common goals.
  • Availability to work weekends to accommodate client schedules.
  • Maintain a high level of organization and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Display a driven attitude towards achieving personal and team objectives.
  • Excel in multitasking, managing various tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Perform basic administrative tasks to support daily operations.

Require Skills & Abilities:

  • Knowledge and interest in the Long Island real estate market
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience within a sales environment, preferably within new development/new construction real estate sales.
  • Prior experience in data analysis and reporting a plus.
