Responsibilities of a successful Sales Agent (B2B Sales):

• Serves clients (B2B) by selling our suite of products, services and solutions such as:
• Staffing Services and Staff Augmentation
• Physical Security Solutions
• Managed Print Services
• Finds and establishes new accounts
• Services existing accounts
• Prepares sales presentations
• Keeps management informed by submitting regular reports
• Maintains industry knowledge by attending workshops, reviewing publications, and establishing business networks
• Maintains CRM and customer databases and ensures they are up to date
• Attends trade shows and takes required learning courses

Qualities of a successful Sales Agent:

• Flexible
• Willingness to attend business networking and Chamber of Commerce events, sometimes before and after the work day.
• Willingness to travel throughout Illinois, as needed.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years Sales experience, preferably business-to-business sales (B2B)
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• Valid Illinois Driver’s License
• Familiarity with Microsoft Products

Desired Qualifications:

• Background with IT solutions, Staffing, Physical Security Solutions
• Familiarity with CRM systems

This position is salaried, amount based on experience, plus commission.
