Hybrid work schedule
Salary: $25.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Verify and process invoices received
- Verify and enter vendor information
- Enter invoice payments following established guidelines
- Record general ledger entries for processed payments
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Assist with month-end close
- Produce accurate month end accruals
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma required
- 1 years of relevant AP experience
- Must be organized and have strong attention to detail
- Must have strong data entry skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel
