As a Front of House Team Member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.
Duties :
- Greet in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Enter orders into the POS system
- Upsell menu items and promotions to increase sales
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders Skills :
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using the POS system or similar point-of-sale software
- Strong upselling skills to maximize sales opportunities
- Familiarity with the food industry and culinary terminology
