The University of Edinburgh is Hiring a Senior Financial Analyst Near Edinburgh, IN
In this role, you will be supporting the University's Academic and Professional Services communities by:
- Preparing journals and management accounts.
- Creating financial analysis and management information for both strategic and operational purposes, financial planning, budgeting and forecasting,
- Checking and reconciling financial data to ensure it is accurate and processed according to University policy and procedures.
- Supporting understanding of financial policy and procedure by liaising with staff across the Business areas.
- HNC/HND or equivalent level qualification in a relevant discipline and relevant experience or broad experience acquired through on the job training and considerable on-the-job experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge of finance policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of regulations and standards.
- Proven written and verbal communication skills.
