As our Marketing Intern, you will be placed within our Customer Experience & Insight team and will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the teams objectives.
This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to all of our marketing functions and learn about the role played by each function. In this role you will learn business skills such as stakeholder management, communications, influencing and working as part of a successful award winning team

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Delivery of our large scale customer satisfaction (Net Promoter Score) surveys
- Creating a customer focussed culture through our Connecting with Customers (CWC) programme
- Working on CWC related internal communications in a variety of formats (e.g videos, podcasts, intranet)
- Research and insight projects including use of our customer and consumer research panels.
- Delivering on our objective to help our customers live their best lives
- Supporting our wider marketing function as we deliver on our 2024/25 Marketing Plan
- Have an Academic background in marketing
- Are results driven, hard working and willing to learn
- Work well within a team and contribute positively to team and department culture
- Creative and capable of thinking up practical solutions to difficult business challenges
- Have a demonstrated interest in marketing and/or customer experience
- Are able to articulate and present effectively to internal audiences
- A non-contributory pension between 8%-12%
- A discretionary bonus, depending on personal and company performance
- 34 days leave per year (including bank holidays, pro-rated for part-time)
