You will hire, lead, mentor, and develop our team of dining room staff, teaching them proper dining room etiquette, meal handling procedures, and customer service skills so that every experience in our dining room meets and exceeds the Touchmark Gold Standard. You will also be responsible for scheduling and budget oversite.
