This Accounts Payable Clerk opportunity will be located in the Eighty Four, Pennsylvania area and will be a short-term contract / temporary position.Your responsibilities in this role- Accurately execute daily processes and controls in a timely manner while ensuring company policies are followed- Open, organize, and distribute department mail daily- Complete full-cycle A/P- Assist internal business partners with any customer services needs- Maintain proper storage of invoices, checks, and other documents by organizing, logging, scanning, and filing them- Assist the AP/Finance Department with administrative tasks- Provide support during internal and external audits- Verify, log and send checks, including facilitating special handling- Complete special projects on an as-needed basis
