Essential Duties
- Cleans customer areas throughout the day.
- Performs routine building maintenance in such a manner as to minimize interruption of customers or employees.
- Washes all windows, glass doors and glass panels throughout sales departments.
- Mops and cleans waiting areas, offices, lunch rooms, halls and bathrooms.
- Cleans all signs, posters, mirrors, fans and vending machines.
- Maintains hot beverage areas by cleaning counter surfaces and restocking coffee and related supplies throughout the day.
- Cleans bathrooms and restocks paper supplies as needed.
- Empties and cleans lunchroom refrigerator once a week.
- Empties and cleans all trash receptacles, inside and outside.
- Maintains cleaning supplies.
- Returns supplies to storage area.
- Runs errands as directed by manager.
- Understands and complies with OSHA Right-to-Know and other federal, state, and local regulations.
- Uses proper eye, hand and body protection when using products that require protection.
