Job Description:

We are looking for a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Representative to assist our Medicare Advantage members with their inquiries and provide excellent customer service. This role involves resolving customer issues, answering questions about plan benefits, and ensuring a positive experience for all members.

Responsibilities:

• Handle calls from Spanish-speaking members and customer inquiries
• Maintain accurate record of customer interactions
• Assist members with claims, billing inquiries, and other service-related issues.
• Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex issues.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions and professional development to enhance knowledge and customer service skills
• Promote additional services and benefits to enhance member experience.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Preferable previous customer service experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment.
