Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Site Manager to oversee the operations and maintenance of our facility. The Site Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day activities, managing staff, and maintaining positive tenant relationships.

Duties:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the property
- Handle tenant inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards
- Coordinate maintenance and repair work with vendors and contractors
- Maintain accurate records of all site activities, including financial transactions, leases, and maintenance requests
- Implement and enforce property rules and regulations
- Manage on-site staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements

Experience:
- Proven experience in property management or related field
- Strong data entry skills for maintaining accurate records
- Proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software Appfolio (preferred)
- Ability to handle office tasks such as filing, correspondence, and report generation
- Excellent conflict management skills to resolve disputes effectively
- Familiarity with contract management and negotiation
- Experience in customer relationship management to enhance tenant satisfaction
- Knowledge of legal administrative procedures related to property management
- Upselling skills to promote additional services or amenities effectively
- Understanding of Fair Housing regulations to ensure compliance
