A. Position: Customer Service Specialist

· Job Type: Full-time

· Location: El Segundo, CA

B. Job Description/Responsibilities:

· Provide support to corporate clients and major agents of Air China.

· Responsible for monitoring service quality in the North America region, optimizing SOP (Standard Operating Procedure).

· Monitor customer service quality indicators, analyze data, and propose improvement suggestions.

· Communicate with customers via phone, email and live chat, handle complaints, and provide customer service support.

· Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.

· Track and record customer feedback to ensure timely and satisfactory solutions.

C. Job Requirements:

· Associate degree or above, proficient in both English and Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).

· Excellent communication skills, adept at listening and problem-solving.

· Strong service orientation and expressive abilities.

· Proficient in using office software for formal writing and chart analysis (such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).

· Ability to handle strong work pressure, maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

· Working hours will include weekends, holidays, morning, and evening shifts.

· Legally eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship.
