**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Construction Estimator to join our team. The Construction Estimator will be responsible for analyzing construction documents, preparing cost estimates, and ensuring projects are completed within budget constraints. Our primary work efforts are in heavy highway costruction speclizing in paving and concrete.

**Duties:**

- Analyze project specifications and blueprints to prepare accurate cost estimates.

- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to gather necessary information for estimating.

- Utilize software such as Bid to Win to create detailed estimates.

- Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing.

- Monitor project costs throughout the construction process to ensure adherence to budget.

- Prepare detailed reports outlining estimated costs, materials, and labor requirements.

**Experience:**

- Proven experience in construction estimating and project management.

- Proficiency in cost control and contract negotiation.

- Strong knowledge of construction site operations and construction management principles.

- Familiarity with industry software such as B2W is preferred.

Pay: $95,072.00 - $101,791.00 per year
