Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Load / unload in tumbler machine.
- Run Tumbler machine.
- Unload and move material to the next process.
- Machine maintenance.
- Crane operation & daily check (tumbler).
- Use hand jack and forklift
- Use barcode for completions.
- Crane operation & daily check (grinding. 1Ton).
- Load material (800 Kg).
- Start main coolant system.
- Turn on machine coolant.
- Startup machine.
- Quality check (measure using dial gauge).
- Fill out daily report.
- Tooling change (plate, wheel, comb, in chute, out chute).
- Maintenance : check hydraulic system, lube oil, dresser unit.
- Machine trouble shooting.
- 5S / 3D : Pick up dropped parts, clean oil leaks.
- Lapping (L23). Coolant tank clean up.
- Material Handling-washer to conveyor.
- Mix L23 oil.
- Dresser body adjustment : wheel / plate depth check, change diamond.
- Separate material.
- Run three lines plus washer per person.
