Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced gutter installer to add to our team to be paid piece rate from $0.75 - $1.00 per foot, depending on level of experience. This role is for a highly self-motivated individual.

In this role, it will be your job to lead a gutter installation crew. Our ideal candidate is good at working with others and good at training people who may be new to the trade. You will remove and crush old gutters, fabricate, assemble, and install new ones for our residential and commercial clients. You will also spend some of your time maintaining and repairing gutters that we’ve already installed, installing gutter guards, and cleaning gutters.

Gutter Installer Responsibilities:

• Inspect clients’ roofs and prepare them for the gutter installation process
• Use hand and power tools to remove old gutters to be hauled away
• Use hand and power tools to prepare gutters and the pieces needed to hang them for installation
• Install gutters on our clients’ roofs
• Answer our clients’ questions about the maintenance of their gutters
• Complete gutter maintenance and repair tasks

Gutter Installer Requirements:

• At least 2 year of experience as a lead man on a gutter installation crew and a good reference
• Ability to cut and assemble inside/outside corner miters
• Solid customer service skills
• Ability to use a wide variety of power and hand tools
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be willing to submit to a background check
• Must be healthy and able to work long hard days

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $900.00 - $2,000.00 per week
