```Duties```
- Team teach with a collaborative teacher in implementing lesson plans and curriculum development for toddlers, specifically 2 year olds.
- Support students in their learning and provide individualized attention as needed.
- Help maintain a safe and positive classroom environment.
- Assist with behavior management strategies and promote positive behavior.
- Collaborate with the collaborative teacher to plan and organize classroom activities.
- Provide feedback to the collaborative teacher on student progress and challenges.
- Assist with classroom management, including organizing materials and resources.
- Support students with literacy education and promote a love for reading.

```Skills```
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff.
- Experience working with students in an educational or childcare setting.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proficient in assisting with lesson planning and curriculum development.
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners, willingness to grow as a teacher and pursue your Child Development Associate after employment begins.
