Truck Center Companies is Hiring an Outside Parts Sales Representative Near Elk, IA

We are currently looking for a parts processing coordinator for our Waterloo, IA dealership. The shift will be Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Basic Qualifications:
- Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS:
I. CUSTOMER RELATIONS
- Project a positive, helpful and professional attitude toward our customer.
- Answer incoming customer phone calls promptly.
- Make calls by phone or in person to existing and prospective customers in your AOR.
- Continually review existing sales additions to routes for efficiency and cost effectiveness.
- Submit weekly sales calls report to Parts Manager.
- Review sales reports to analyze overall and individual customer sales trends.
- Invoice all parts purchases, credits, etc. at time of sale.
- Deliver parts ordered by customer.
- Meet established goals and objectives set by parts manager.
