Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide direct patient care, assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver excellent patient outcomes. Must have 2 years of case managment experience, can pass background check, understand and follow all Healthcare Policies of compliance.

Responsibilities:
- Perform venipuncture and administer medications as prescribed
- Monitor and record vital signs accurately
- Provide tube feeding and catheterization as needed
- Conduct physical assessments and assist with primary care procedures
- Ensure compliance with hospital standards and protocols
- Maintain accurate patient records, including coding and documentation
- Assist in medical imaging procedures when required

Requirements:
- Valid RN license in the state of practice
- Two (2) years of case managment experance
- Proficiency in venipuncture, tube feeding, vital signs monitoring, and catheterization
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Experience working in a Home Healthcare setting preferred

Pay: $32.00 - $42.00 per hour
