Summary Of Responsibilities:

• Take primary accountability for the restaurant's profitability and financial outcomes
• Lead the team to exceed guest expectations with friendly service and a clean facility
• Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing restaurant team
• Ensure compliance with regulations and uphold operational standards

Qualifications And Skills:

• Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age
• 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience
• Strong understanding of P&L management and restaurant profitability
• Demonstrated leadership and guest service skills
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
