The Janitor will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment, ensuring spaces are safe and hygienic for all occupants.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
• Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to disposal areas
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
• Notify management of any repairs needed
• Follow all health and safety regulations

Skills:

• Experience in commercial cleaning and floor care
• Knowledge of buffing and industrial cleaning techniques
• Ability to perform custodial and facilities maintenance tasks
• Familiarity with residential painting is a plus
• Strong attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness
• Capability to work independently or as part of a team
