Belmont Park Village is Hiring a Retail Coordinator Near Elmont, NY

As our Retail Coordinator , you will support the operations of the Retail team, ensuring seamless service in administrative support, Brand relationships and Village maintenance. You will also serve as liaison between the Village Brands and the Belmont Park Village management team, championing the success of the Brands’ people, promotions, activations, and sales goals.

What you will be doing

  • Coordinating communication between the Retail Director, internal departments and the Brands, fostering productive and profitable business relationships
  • Actively participating in the creation of the Village News and related business reporting newsletters
  • Supporting the Retail and Visual teams to implement seasonal campaigns within the stores and the Village
  • Organizing recruitment events alongside the Brands and the People team, and supporting new store openings through staff recruitment

  • Previous experience in an administrative support role, ideally serving multiple departments or function heads
  • A background in hospitality or luxury retail industries

  • Fluency in English; any additional languages would be beneficial
  • Ability to prioritize and maintain an eye for detail
  • Strong analytical skills and numerical sense, with an eye for detail
