Job Description :
Mount St. Mary's University has 2 open positions for part-time Assistant Women's Rugby Coach. This is an administrative position, appointed by, and serves at the will and pleasure of the President of Mount St.
Mary’s University. The Assistant Coach for Women’s Rugby directly reports to the Head Coach and works with the Department of Athletics personnel.
This individual will assist in overseeing all non-tuition revenue as it relates to the university athletic department. The Assistant Coach for Women’s Rugby assists in the teaching of sport of rugby to student-athletes, and provides coaching, recruitment, and retention of Women’s Rugby players for the University.
This individual must be results-oriented and demonstrate a commitment to the Catholic, liberal arts mission of the University and a working knowledge or previous experience with a Catholic population.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Mentorship :
Provide mentorship to players and work closely with other Women’s Rugby staff members to develop quality coaching techniques for all sides
Accountability :
Attendance at weekend and evening events as well as extensive travel. Other duties as assigned by the Head Coach Respect and abide by University and NIRA rules and regulations
