ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Promote the company value proposition through growth and expansion of market share in the retail/dealer market.
- Support growth of Dealer Network through training, assist in national accounts sales where assigned, and assist in building strategic approach for dealer sales.
- Promote and effectively sell company products and supplies using established company sales techniques.
- Understand and respond to customer delivery needs by interfacing with internal personnel.
- Maintain Salesforce records of dealer accounts on a regular basis.
- Clarify and fulfill customer request/needs by presenting various selections of products and services providing pricing information as requested.
- Understand and support established sales policies and procedures to provide proper and effective treatment of customers.
- Relay new product ideas and product extensions to management for evaluation.
- Establish strong interpersonal relationships with key Dealer personnel.
- Process all paperwork for orders to include sales contracts, print and related documentation.
- Resolve customer concerns in an expeditious and tactful manner.
- Accomplish goals within assigned budget.

A minimum of 8 years of prior sales and product development experience required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:Must be capable of lifting 15 pounds to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
