Weekend Receptionist

9 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM, with occasional additional hours thoughout the week as needed.

Responsibilities Receptionist :

• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
• Answer phone calls and transfer them to the appropriate staff member
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications Receptionist :

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Interest in the geriatric population
