We are seeking a qualified Apprentice Plumber to assist our master plumbers in completing a variety of plumbing jobs. Duties include helping to install and repair plumbing, unclogging drains and following blueprints for the layout of plumbing systems. We will rely on you to create a safe, clean environment for our clients. As an Apprentice Plumber, you’ll learn from experienced plumbers while performing routine work, like taking inventory and planning daily schedules. In addition, you must be willing to follow instructions and contribute to the team effort as well as work independently when needed. Ultimately, the ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, be able to solve problems easily, communicate well with co-workers and maintain positive customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Perform basic plumbing tasks under the supervision of more senior Plumbers.
• Assist Plumbers and Laborers in the plumbing trade to complete work orders and repairs.
• Perform carpentry and masonry work in support of plumbing operations, including tile setting and drywall installation.
• Maintain inventory of pipes, fittings, and other materials needed for plumbing repairs.
• Operate equipment such as jackhammers, saws, and grinders in support of plumbing operations.
• Provide assistance to other workers in plumbing operations as necessary.
• Clean up after job completion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
