LHH is Hiring an Accounts Payable Clerk Near Escondido, CA
Key Responsibilities:
- Accruately process accounts payable invoices timely
- Maintain accurate vendor files and reconcile vendor statements
- Follow up on vendor requests and research and resolve issues
- Assist with preparing journal entries and month-end close
- Prepare month-end reports or ad hoc reporting
- Other duties as assigned
- 1 year of accounting experience
- Proficiency in accounting software Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
