• 2 years of experience as a Plant Operator.
• High attention to detail with strong math skills for calculating material quantities.
• Ability to read, understand, and execute mix designs.
• Excellent communication skills for managing high-stress situations.
• Safe operation and maintenance of the asphalt plant.
• Adjusting controls to regulate material flow and maintaining system speed.
• Conducting site inspections and ensuring proper plant operation.
• Performing preventative maintenance and equipment servicing.
• Monitoring inventory levels and production, making adjustments as needed.

Salary : $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, commensurate with experience. Benefits : This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) match, PTO (5 days per year with carryover), and state-mandated accrual leave.
