We are in search of a skilled Accounts Payable Clerk to be stationed in Estero, Florida. This role focuses on Accounts Payable duties including, but not limited to, invoice processing, data entry, and account reconciliation. The successful candidate will be tasked with handling crucial financial and administrative duties, contributing directly to the smooth operation of our financial department. Responsibilities: • Perform invoice processing and ensure all invoices are coded correctly.• Handle account reconciliation tasks diligently.• Perform data entry tasks, ensuring all financial data is accurate and updated regularly.• Utilize software tools such as Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, SAP, and Sage 50 in the execution of duties.• Play an active role in the accounts payable process, ensuring all financial obligations are met promptly.• Assist in the resolution of financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.• Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.• Maintain financial security by following internal controls.• File documents and maintain a well-organized filing system. • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.
