Job Summary

SWFL Inc. is seeking an adaptable and dynamic individual for the role of Client Relationship and Operations Manager. In this combined position, you will play a vital role in our organization's growth and operational efficiency. We are looking for someone who can excel in both client engagement and administrative functions, ensuring that our clients and the company thrive.

Duties and Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Initiate and maintain communication with clients, including outbound calls and following up on marketing-generated leads.
• Identify customer needs and recognize sales opportunities.
• Address potential customers' inquiries, providing detailed information and clarifications.
• Build and manage a database of existing and potential customers.
• Demonstrate and explain product and service features.
• Upsell products and services to current clients.
• Research and qualify new leads for business expansion.
• Close sales and meet sales targets.
• Develop and implement lead conversion strategies.
• Attend SWFL Inc. events and programs to support member relationships.
• Ensure the smooth operation of the office, maintaining a well-organized environment for employees and visitors.
• Manage accounts receivable, sticker program and creating invoices.
• Prepare monthly reports, agendas, and minutes for the SWFL Inc. and SWFL Foundation Inc. Board of Directors.
• Cultivate external relationships with community partners related to your role and manage organization service contracts (facilities, IT, etc.).
• Represent the company at SWFL Inc. and community events.
• Provide additional support for office functions as needed.

Requirements:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in a sales position preferred or events, marketing, and public relations.
• Proven inside sales experience or can easily demonstrate transferable skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Zoom, and CRM.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong listening and presentation skills.
• Ability to achieve goals.
