Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to maintain high-quality care across our company branches. As the director of nursing services, you will be responsible for managing RNs across our organization. You will collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best processes and outcomes for our patients and care staff.

Job Summary:

  • This is a road warrior role based in Redmond, Oregon, visiting facilities throughout the state.
  • Oversee clinical direction and compliance of our in-home care organization
  • Manage day-to-day supervision of clinical staff
  • Contribute to and oversee department budgets
  • Set and maintain high patient care standards per our policy and state / federal in-home care regulations
  • Provide ongoing education, skills training, and staff mentoring
  • Communicate with community partners, vendors, and healthcare providers
  • Responsible for assuring all corporate procedures and systems are in place throughout the company and that the systems promote the highest level of care.
  • Review all surveys within the region for plans of correction and review weekly reports for each facility identifying areas of concern or priorities.
  • Act as the Delegation nurse RN in the absence of others
  • Be a resource to clinicians in the field, including training and patient visits
  • Maintain confidentiality of all client care information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in Oregon.
  • Minimum 1 year of in-home agency experience and at least 1 year in a management position
  • Must demonstrate familiarity with applicable federal and state guidelines in relation to in-home care
  • Licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order

All team members must have the basic ability to use computer/smart phone applications for training and company system purposes. Employees must also be able to comprehend written documents such as work orders, safety rules, instructions, policies, and procedures. Also required is the ability of employees to speak and communicate effectively with clients, coworkers and management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
