Pride Health is hiring a Medical Assistant to support our client’s medical facility in Everett, Washington. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Responsibilities:

• Patient Rooming: Escort patients to examination rooms, prepare them for their consultations, and ensure their comfort and readiness for the appointment.
• Vital Signs Measurement: Accurately measure and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiratory rate, maintaining precise documentation.
• In-Basket Management: Oversee and manage the electronic in-basket, handling patient inquiries, test results, and other communications efficiently.
• Creating Follow-Up Appointments: Schedule follow-up appointments for patients, coordinating with clinical staff to ensure timely and appropriate care.
• Calling Patients: Conduct patient outreach via phone calls to provide test results, appointment reminders, and follow-up care instructions, ensuring clear and compassionate communication

Qualifications:

• Medical Assistant Certification or registration required
• EPIC experience
• Core Medical Assisting experience

Additional Information:

• Location: Everett, Washington
• Job Type: contract to hire.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday – 07:00 am to 05:30 pm
• Pay Range: $ 17.00 to 23.00/hour.

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
