Stateline Chrysler-Jeep-Dodge-Ram is looking for a full-time retail parts advisor! Our goal is to find a knowledgeable candidate with a great personality and good people skills who has a passion for the automotive industry.
This position will consist of working at our retail parts counter and helping our customers in person, over the phone, and via web inquiries.
Duties : Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following :
Assisting customers in person and over the phone while providing excellent customer service.
Identifying, sourcing, ordering, and selling automotive parts
Answering technical questions regarding our parts and accessories
Quoting labor got accessory installation and scheduling customers for installation Assisting new car buyers and sales personnel by answering technical questions and quoting accessories
Maintaining product knowledge by actively participating in training courses and pursuing the newest information
Assisting with inventory management tasks and procedures
Qualifications :
Our ideal candidate will be someone with a great personality who likes working with people and who has a passion for cars and trucks.
We would prefer experience in either parts, preferably in a dealership setting.
Experience with CDK, Xtime, and / or Mopar are a plus.
Pay and Benefits :
Pay is a draw and commission plan that will be in the $50-70k range
401k available
