Job DescriptionPosition Overview:We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. This role will focus on building new accounts, maintaining existing relationships, and meeting quarterly sales quotas. The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment and excel at generating leads, engaging with decision-makers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of clients, focusing on new account acquisition and retention of existing accounts. This includes active participation in lead generation and coordinating with current marketing efforts.
  • Lead pre-sales client meetings, presentations, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to enhance client solutions.
  • Maintain and exceed quarterly sales quotas.
  • Generate weekly reports on sales activities, including calls, emails, and appointments.
  • Attending local industry events and engaging with potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including customer support, to identify and pursue sales opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in selling technology service-based offerings.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Awareness of current technology trends and ability to discuss them with clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle feedback positively and persevere through challenges.
  • Experience with CRM systems, office productivity tools, and lead generation tools.
