Physicians Regional Healthcare System is Hiring an Accounts Payable Team Lead Near Franklin, TN
- Assist the Supervisors and Managers on daily business needs, special projects (as assigned), and at-need administration tasks.
- Identify and work with AP Support team members on escalations matters, monitoring for business correctness, adhering to proper communications standards internally and externally, and confirming resolutions are achieved in a reasonable timeframe.
- Participate in onboarding and initial training with new hires for the AP Support department. Maintain or developing new content in the Onboarding Training Manual; best practices, and/or additional work instructions as needed.
- Provide continual training guidance to AP Support team members in matters of knowledge gaps in AP process and support, and demonstrate ongoing competent knowledge of AP within the overall Supply Chain environment.
- Adjusts plans to meet changing needs, exhibits flexibility and unbiased attitude, open to new ideas, shows positive attitude toward change, deals effectively with pressure situations.
- Builds confidence, is committed to increasing customer satisfaction, assumes responsibility for solving customer problems, ensures commitments to customers are met, solicits opinions and ideas from internal departments or vendors, and responds to effectively.

Preferred Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Required Experience:
- Minimum five (5) years experience in Accounts Payable in Oracle EBS *or* minimum of two (2) or years experience in Accounts Payable in Oracle Fusion Cloud
- Two (2) or more years of experience in Accounts Payable in Oracle Fusion Cloud
- SBO / Multi-unit AP environment experience.
- Oracle ERP experience
- Imaging and / or OCR technology experience.
- Concur Travel and Entertainment experience.
- Healthcare industry experience.
Computer Skills:
- Intermediate Excel skills required
- Google Suite preferred
- The Employee is required to read, review, prepare and analyze written data and figures, using a PC or similar, and should possess visual acuity.
- The Employee may be required to occasionally climb, push, stand, walk, reach, grasp, kneel, stoop, and/or perform repetitive motions.
- The Employee is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions and; therefore, job functions are typically performed under conditions such as those found within general office or administrative work.
